Note: 
Measurement based on source location and best fit between SOHO LASCO C3 and STEREO A COR2. The CME had not developed fully in SOHO LASCO C2 frames and was not well representative of the overall features, so only C3 and COR2A were used for this measurement. A slightly faster, more narrow and fainter feature is also observed ahead of the main bulk of this CME but has been deemed inconsequential.
