Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-12-17T20:36Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Activity ID: 2025-12-17T20:36:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: Faint CME observed to the SE only in SOHO LASCO C2, and even more faint in LASCO C3; not seen in STEREO A COR2 due to a data gap beginning at 2025-12-17T20:38Z, nor in GOES CCOR-1 likely due to faintness. The source may be weak/slow field line movement observed over the SE limb starting around 2025-12-17T18:15Z in SDO AIA 171, which appears to be far-sided in origin.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
