Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-10-08T09:30Z ( GOES: CCOR-1 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
GOES: CCOR-1
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-10-08T09:30:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N20W30
Note Keyword:
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
Note: This CME is faint but visible to the northwest in GOES CCOR-1 and to the northeast in STEREO A COR2 imagery. The source is likely related to an eruption from former Active Region, now plage region, 14240 (N20W30) starting around 2025-10-08T08:00Z as seen in GOES SUVI and STEREO A EUVI 195 and 304 imagery. Faint dimming can be observed in GOES SUVI 195 imagery near the eruption site, and minor field line movement is observed over the northwest limb around this time in GOES SUVI 284 imagery.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
