Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-22T03:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
Activity ID: 2025-05-22T03:24:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: Very faint front seen to the NE in SOHO LASCO C2. This is one of several successive faint fronts associated with a gradual streamer blowout seen to the NE. Gradual opening field line movement can be seen in GOES SUVI 284 over the course of several hours during this blowout. The faint leading edge becomes diffuse before reaching edge of the SOHO LASCO C2 field of view. Obstructed by pylon in GOES CCOR-1. Not discernable in STEREO A COR2 due to faintness.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
