Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-10T04:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Activity ID: 2025-05-10T04:24:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
Morphology Keyword:
J: Jet
Note: Very narrow (<10 degree width) jet to the northeast seen in SOHO LASCO, practically not seen in STEREO A COR2 because of its faintness. It is preceded by a fainter jet/outflow. One possible source could be a minor bright filament erupting on/behind the northeast limb, as seen in SDO AIA 304 at 2025-05-10T02:00Z, however this seems to be too early for this jet (possibly it is in time for a preceding fainter jet from the same source).

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |

Since the CME front is not traceable in STEREO A COR2 because of its faintness and the possible source is a bit uncertain only plane-of-sky measurement is definitive. |
