Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-08T07:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Activity ID: 2025-05-08T07:48:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: N08W46
Active Region Number: 14079
Note Keyword:
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: First of three CMEs seen to the west/northwest in SOHO LASCO C2 and not well seen in STEREO A COR2; the likely source is a minor eruption or series of eruptions in Active Region 14079 (N08W46) with broad moving field lines seen best in SDO AIA 171 between 2025-05-08T07:00Z and 12:00Z and some brightening post-eruptive arcades, especially in the northern extent of Active Region 4079.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
