Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-07T10:00Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-05-07T10:00:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: N38W30
Note Keyword:
DPL: CME exhibits dimpled front
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
GAP: Data gap
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
Morphology Keyword:
LS: Loop and Shock Candidate
Note: Narrow, faint CME to the northwest in SOHO LASCO and to the north in STEREO A. Its source is possibly an eruption of a small filament north of of Active Region 14079 centered around (N38W30), which is seen as very faint post-eruptive arcades around 2025-06-07T11:15Z in Stereo A EUVI 195 and after 10Z in SDO AIA 193.

Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type

The measurement confirms the source (a minor filament eruption to the north of AR 14079) seen as post eruptive arcades. Not modeled Anna Chulaki on 2025-05-07T18:17Z
