Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-02-15T01:36Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-02-15T01:36:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: N11E31
Note Keyword:
GAP: Data gap
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: Fast CME seen to the NE in both coronagraphs, faint in SOHO LASCO and bright in STEREO A COR2. In STEREO A it is only seen after the nighttime data gap ends. Its source is likely a significant filament eruption centered around N11E31, seen starting around 2025-02-15T00:56Z in GOES SUVI 304 and in SDO AIA 304, but also seen as small area brightening in SDO AIA 193. There is also a lower class C flare associated with it.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
