Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-02-10T00:00Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Activity ID: 2025-02-10T00:00:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N10E90
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
GAP: Data gap
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
J: Jet
Note: Narrow CME to the east, with pointed and fuzzy nose. The CME is fully covered by a data gap in STEREO A coronagraph imagery. Its source is a filament eruption off the east limb (N10E90) which starts around 2025-02-10T00:01Z, as seen in SDO AIA 171/304 and GOES SUVI 284/304 imagery. The filament could be further behind the limb, so its longitude could differ from -90 degrees.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
