Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2024-12-19T03:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
Activity ID: 2024-12-19T03:48:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
BR: Brightening
Morphology Keyword:
J: Jet
Note: Narrow, jet-like CME first seen to the NW in SOHO LASCO C2 starting at 2024-12-19T03:48Z that is easier to see in running difference imagery. This CME does not make it beyond the field-of-view of SOHO LASCO C2 and is not visible in STEREO A COR2. The source of this CME is likely a small amount of activity and brightening starting about 2024-12-19T01:45Z best seen in GOES SUVI 304 on the W limb at about N10. This is just to the SW of AR 3920 which was at about N22W83 at the time of eruption.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
