Note: CME first seen to the SW in SOHO LASCO C2 starting at 2024-12-02T19:36Z. Also seen to the SW in SOHO LASCO C3. There is no clear or definitive coronal signature, so the source of this CME is likely far-sided. There are some faint moving field lines off the SW limb best seen in GOES SUVI 284 starting about 2024-12-02T17:00Z that continue for a few hours that could be associated with this CME.
