Note: CME first seen in the NW by SOHO LASCO C2 beginning at 2024-09-03T14:48Z as well as in later frames by SOHO LASCO C3. There is no STEREO A COR2 data available for this event due to an ongoing data gap beginning 03/14:38Z with one frame at 03/17:23Z. There is no clear source for this CME seen on the disk, however some minor field line movement can be seen beyond the NW limb in SDO AIA 171 leading to the possibility of this being a far sided event.

CME fits with longitudes between approx. 70 and 120 degree. No SOHO LASCO C3 imagery was used for this measurement as the event was blocked by the pylon.
